NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
As you know, it can be difficult and sometimes frustrating to get a convenient and timely appointment with your favorite stylist. Clients who do not show up for their appointment only make the situation worse. Therefore in an effort to better serve all my clients, I will be implementing a new policy. I will be securing a form of payment (e.g. credit card) in order to reserve an appointment. In the case that adequate notice (24 hours) is not given and I am unable to refill that appointment time with a client on my waiting list, 50% of the services will be charged to the credit card.
